Intention

I stand against all oppression, be it caste, class, gender, age, economical, or….

I take a stand for women’s and children’s RIGHTS to live a violence free and peaceful life;

I stand for the RIGHT to protect myself from harm

The RIGHT to PARTICIPATE in community & family decision making

I EXPRESS when someone’s words or behaviors arrive as dismissive, invasive or aggressive.

It is enough!  NO! NO MORE!

As a woman…I realize I have not been taught TOOLS to KEEP this BODY, MIND & SPIRIT SAFE

from abuse & violence

 

YESSS… I do.

 I break the cycle of oppression!!!

I do not oppress those more vulnerable than me.

 Yes, I take a stand when I see abuse or violence and voice my disapproval.

 Yes,  I stand with women (and men) in solidarity for women’s RIGHTful place in society

     My Commitment is Self-care.  Self Care is MY responsibility.

 Whose body is this?  Mine!   Mine to protect!  Mine to nurture!

  My mind is mine to mend, heal and use wisely .

Yes, I take action on issues of peace, and positive social change.

       I demand peaceful, safe & supportive families, homes and communities

 for ALL women and all girls.

Yes, I gather tools!!   I make new decisions!  This is now part of my lived reality…
